Become a CAN-Helper! by volunteering to help us distribute much-needed supplemental groceries and basic care items for isolated seniors in Hampton, VA. 

Things To Know:

• The end time is displayed as 3:30 PM; however, there is a possibility of finishing before or after the displayed time. We are looking for volunteers that have a bit of flexibility in their schedules; however, if you have other time obligations, please let us know!
• Compassion On the Move days requires a bit of standing and walking; however, we are more than happy to accomodate any physical limitations if necessary. Just let us kow!

Volunteer Qualifications:

• CAN-Helpers must be 13+ years of age
• CAN-Helpers under the age of 18 must be accommodated by an adult or guardian
• Volunteers with all abilities are welcomed to register. If you need any accommodations, please let us know ahead of time.

Certified Volunteer Hours:

We are happy to certify volunteer hours! Please let us know ahead of time if you need us to provide a volunteer sheet or if you will bring your own.
