Our Current Initiative - CAN HELP BAGS
The CAN Help Bag is the organization’s signature method of delivering care and compassion. Bags are filled with food and personal care items.
Also, CAN serves:
Isolated elderly persons who have limited interactions with families and friends by conducting one-to-one visits
Families caring for children who have cancer by organizing fundraisers
Young people in need of personal development skills. The Teaching Integrity to Developing Youth (TIDY) program helps young people obtain assistance in finance, literacy, and business. We want them to emerge from this training opportunity to become successful and have the foundation needed to help others and themselves.
Not only do these acts of kindness put compassion into action, but they also activate our Vision Statement, which is to “Adopt Someone Forgotten.”
